Social Media Content Advisor

This project is a web-based AI content generation platform for small and medium-sized businesses that need help creating professional, brand-aligned social media marketing content. The application helps business owners define their company profile, target audience, brand values, location, services, competitors, and marketing goals. Based on this information, the system recommends suitable content ideas, generates multilingual social media posts, creates image prompts, produces AI-generated visuals, and prepares ready-to-use captions for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other common social channels. The tool is designed especially for small business owners who may not have marketing expertise. It guides the user through the branding and content creation process step by step, while also allowing more advanced users to provide detailed business, competitor, and market information. The system can analyze the company’s own website, compare competitors, use trend information, and suggest content angles that support a stronger and more consistent brand identity. Generated content can be reviewed, approved, rejected, downloaded, or regenerated. Social media platform linking is optional, making the app suitable for early-stage prototyping where users may want to manually download and publish their content. The system supports multilingual content generation, currently focusing on English and Finnish, and includes fallback image providers so it can continue working even when one AI image service is unavailable. The goal of the project is to create an autonomous marketing assistant for SMEs: a tool that helps businesses discover their brand position, identify market gaps, generate relevant social media ideas, and turn those ideas into practical marketing assets with minimal effort.
