It pairs a 3D mascot (Aalti) with a conversational Founder OS powered by OpenClaw, offering daily check-ins, founder voice coaching (Mårten Mickos & Paul Graham personalities), attention-signal detection for organizers, and a decision journal - all built privacy-first so founders reflect honestly without feeling monitored.
