Founders chat with selectable AI coaches grounded in each coach's own materials, answer 2–3 personalized daily check-in questions, and climb a 25-tier rank ladder by keeping their streak alive. Organizers monitor trainees/ entire cohort signals from an admin dashboard, upload coach materials, and set the program schedule.
