Every answer links to a literal quote, original source file, and exact line range. It distinguishes proposals, commitments, reversals, and current status instead of treating every statement as a decision. The system retrieves locally, limits external model use, masks direct contact details and credentials, and tracks token usage. It also supports derived-data deletion and previews the impact on remaining decision evidence.
